As a yoga instructor and flight attendant I am always playing around with the idea of balance between stability and freedom. In my teaching I aim to bring softness to challenging poses but also make space for fun and lightness. What I love most about yoga is how it allows us to self reflect and find inner silence amidst the noise.
I have studied many different yoga styles but I most enjoy teaching yin, aerial and acro yoga classes. I value health, artistic expression and a connection to nature. In my free time I like to hike, rockclimb, snowboard, kickbox, make art and travel the world.”
