Yoga

Imagine a day where you can practically roll from your bed to your yoga mat, and be lead through an uplifting yoga practice. On this retreat we will practice twice daily – the morning practice will be energetic and awakening, focusing on movement with breath, strength and balance. The evening practice will be calming, restorative and relaxing, preparing you for a restful nights sleep.

Meditation

There is a magic that occurs when we sit on the water, surrounded by nature in quiet contemplation. The serene and calm private waters of Loon Lake provide the perfect backdrop for meditation. We will start and end each day with 20 minutes of silent reflection on the dock. New to meditation? We would be happy to teach you some techniques!

Nature

The earthy setting of Loon Lake provides an atmosphere perfect for grounding and connecting with nature. Hike through the tall trunks of Firs and Evergreens to the calm sparkling waters of the private lake, which glitter in the morning sunshine. The calm energy that the forest exudes is the perfect setting for finding peace, unwinding and reconnecting. We offer daily hikes, nature walks, swimming, paddle boarding and canoeing to soak up all this majestic spot has to offer.
