Vinyasa Yoga is a faster paced class where movement is conducted with the pace of the breath. This class can often build a lot of heat from the movement, but can also be very meditative. The breath becomes an important component because the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This style allows for a lot of variety, but will almost certainly include sun salutations. Expect movement, not just stretching.
Previous yoga experience is recommended, but not required.
