8:00am- 8:30am Morning Meditation by the fire
9:30am – 10:30am Vegetarian Breakfast at the Dining Hall
11:00am – 12:30pm Morning Yoga Practice
1:00pm – 2:00pm Vegetarian Lunch at the Dining Hall
2:00pm – 4:00pm Sauna and optional cold plunge
5:00pm - 6:00pm Journaling Activity focused on growth & connection
6:00pm - 7:00pm Vegetarian Dinner at the Dining Hall
7:30pm - 9:00pm Pajama Yin Yoga practice
Cost and rooms:
Single occupancy – $900 + tax (two rooms available)
Double occupancy – $1400 + tax (two rooms available)
Triple occupancy – $1800 + tax (two rooms available)
Quad occupancy – $2000 + tax (one room available)

If booking a double, triple or quad occupancy spot, please register under one persons name, and email us the other peoples contact info at [email protected].
You are eligible for a 50% refund up until 60 days before the retreat. No refunds will be given in the 60 days leading up to the retreat, but your spot can be transferred to another person.
