Physical activity and movement have always been an important part of my life, being active in dance, soccer and rugby for many years. I started practicing yoga in 2010 as a way of rehabilitating an old rugby injury. My love for the practice quickly grew, as I found that yoga helped not just with my physical injuries, but also brought me a sense of mental and emotional balance. In 2019 I completed my 200-hour teacher training so I could share the benefits I’ve experienced from yoga with others. Since then, I’ve added different styles to my own movement practice and participated in training in order to share those with others, including Pilates.
