Since 2012, I’ve been immersing myself in the world of Yoga, exploring its practice and profound philosophy, which have deeply shaped my purpose. In 2016, I received initiation into Kriya Yoga from the Self Realization Fellowship (SRF). This made me a Kriyaban and also established a significant guru-disciple bond with Paramahansa Yogananda. With more than a decade of devoted commitment to Yoga, I’ve honed my expertise. Today, I am a trauma-informed Certified Yoga T
herapist (C-IAYT), Ayurveda-oriented and experienced Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher and Educator (YACEP, E-RYT500), and a Shamanic Reiki Master. I am also a passionate advocate for well-being and personal transformation. My mission is clear and unwavering: to guide individuals through Yoga, helping them embrace a mindful embodiment practice, self-love, and spiritual growth.
Yoga entered my life as a faithful companion and a potent remedy. Before my journey into Yoga, I spent over two decades in the corporate world, holding leadership roles, managing projects, and overseeing teams. However, seeing colleagues and even myself succumb to the pressures of work, affecting our physical, mental, and emotional well-being, pushed me to search for healthier alternatives. This is where Yoga emerged as an unexpected hero. Witnessing its transformative impact, I was resolute in choosing a new path. So, I answered the call of my heart and embarked on a professional journey along the path of Yoga. And here I stand today, committed to guiding others on this transformative journey.
