Join Nicole Whitman & Prestonne Sehn for an earthy retreat at the beautiful Loon Lake Retreat Center in Maple Ridge. This retreat is all about connection, relaxation and fun. Enjoy cabinesque accommodation in a woodsy setting, nutritious vegetarian meals and daily Yoga and Meditation offerings. All activities are optional, leaving lots of time for rest and relaxation if you desire.

- Morning meditation on the dock, and two yoga classes daily
- A sound healing journey with a guest teacher on Saturday evening
- Access to the warm waters of Loon Lake, with options for paddle boarding, canoeing and swimming
- A hike around Loon Lake, to get your heart rate up!
- Three wholesome vegetarian meals daily

- Journal sessions and mindfulness practices for self reflection and growth

7:00am – 7:30am ~ Morning meditation on the lake
8:00am- 9:15am ~ Morning yoga practice
9:30am – 10:30am ~ Vegetarian breakfast at the dining hall
11:00am – 12:30pm ~ Hike around Loon Lake
1:00pm – 2:00pm ~ Vegetarian lunch at the dining hall
2:00pm – 4:00pm ~ Swimming/canoeing/paddle boarding/sunbathing
4:00pm - 5:00pm ~ Yin yoga practice
5:00pm - 6:00pm ~ Journaling activity focused on growth & connection
6:00pm - 7:00pm ~ Vegetarian dinner at the dining hall
7:30pm – 9:30pm ~ Sound healing journey with guest teacher
10:00pm ~ Bedtime
Cost and rooms:
Single occupancy – $900 + tax (eight rooms available)
Double occupancy – $1400 + tax (seven rooms available)
Triple occupancy – $1800 + tax (two rooms available)
Quad occupancy – $2000 + tax (one room available)

If booking a double, triple or quad occupancy spot, please register under one persons name, and email us the other peoples contact info at [email protected].
You are eligible for a 50% refund up until 60 days before the retreat. No refunds will be given in the 60 days leading up to the retreat, but your spot can be transferred to another person.
