This class is for newer yoga teachers. To participate, you must be a graduate of or currently enrolled in a 200hr YTT program.
Description
This is an opportunity for new teachers to gather and practice teaching yoga together in a safe and judgement free atmosphere. A teaching mandala is a circular class where each student teaches for 10-15 minutes, and as a group we make up an entire 75 minute practice. There is no preparation needed for the practice, as you will not know which portion you are teaching until you arrive! This will provide each teacher the challenge of teaching candidly; a skill that only gets easier with practice. At the end of the class, you will be paired up to offer each other constructive feedback. We hope this practice provides new yoga teachers the opportunity to craft and hone their skills and confidence.
About Nicole and Prestonne
Nicole and Prestonne are the owners & founders of Yoga Generation. Both have 10 years experience teaching Yoga, and over 700 hours of Yoga education. They have been co leading teacher trainings since 2017.
