Darla Ricka

Yoga has been fundamental in my life. I have been practicing for over 15 years and completed the 200 Hour Teacher Training Program in 2015. Yoga has aided my recovery journey from experiencing athletic injuries as well as extending the longevity of my massage therapy career. I enjoy combining my knowledge from my massage training into my yoga offerings to hopefully help students become more aware of their body. I enjoy teaching hatha and flow classes and I'm looking forward to seeing you in the studio!
