Yoga Fundamentals with Prestonne Sehn

A 4 week beginners workshop series. This class is perfect for students trying yoga for the first time, or the first few times. This class is slower paced than other classes, and focuses on anatomy and alignment to help students understand the basics of yoga. In this class we will cover breathing techniques and some of the benefits of yoga, as well as allow questions and inquiries during class time.
