My main focus is providing fun and safe classes for participants of all levels and backgrounds.My goal is for participants to leave a class feeling better than when they first walked in.
I grew up in an athletic family playing various sports such as basketball and Ringette. I received my first taste of the fitness world when my mom took me to my first group fitness class when I was 16 years old. Shortly after that class I was hooked. From there I participated in many different classes and loved it.
In 2003 I attained my certification as a BCRPA Fitness Leader teaching a variety of fitness classes including spinning, bootcamps, cardio kickboxing and TRX classes. My main focus is providing fun and safe classes for participants of all levels and backgrounds. My goal is for participants to leave a class feeling better than when they first walked in.
Along with staying active at the gym and studios you can often find me hiking with my kids at one of our beautiful local parks in between weekends at soccer pitches and ice rinks.
I look forward to many more years sharing my passion for movement to music.
