Yoga Fundamental is for students trying yoga for the first time, or the first few times. This 4 week workshop series teaches students the basics of yoga.

Yoga Fundamentals is for students trying yoga for the first time, or the first few times. This workshop teaches the basics of yoga — learn alignment, breathing techniques, yogic philosophy and benefits of each pose in this interactive 4 week series. This series is slower paced than other regular yoga classes, and focuses on anatomy and alignment to help students understand the basics of yoga. Questions and inquiries are encouraged in this workshop to give students a solid and confident foundation for other yoga classes. To sign up, click here.
