Yoga Generation welcomes Mike Nichols to Coquitlam on Saturday January 27th, 2018 for his blissful and transformative Yin-Style Sacred Sound Garden.

Come feast on the powerful healing sounds of Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and the grounding energy of the didgeridoo. Synchronizing the most subtle vibrations we will dissolve the boundaries between mind and matter. With sound we can move deep into the body releasing restrictions and tension and dive into the mind bringing calm and ease. This class will include sacred sound, gentle yin yoga, meditation and simple breathing techniques. Nourish your soul, feed your body and feel your mind expand with infinite possibilities. This workshop is for everyone, especially those wishing to relax, meditate and explore.

A 4 week beginners workshop series. This class is perfect for students trying yoga for the first time, or the first few times. This class is slower paced than other classes, and focuses on anatomy and alignment to help students understand the basics of yoga. In this class we will cover breathing techniques and some of the benefits of yoga, as well as allow questions and inquiries during class time.

He has been compared to David Grey, Bob Dylan and Paul Simon.

The classes can be taken as drop-ins, but are best assimilated as a 4 day commitment as the classes are lead progressively.

Earth Wisdom with Christine Price Clark

Join Christine Price Clark in a soulful flow dedicated to our Mother Earth and the changing seasons. This will be a slow, strong practice for the autumn season, with an emphasis on standing, balancing poses and hip openers. Focus on cultivating steadiness and ease as we transition into the colder months. In addition to skillful movement, expect generous attention to breath, some soothing song and a good, quiet rest to close.
