This class is perfect for students who have mastered Aerial, and are looking to build and expand their aerial yoga practice. Students taking this class should have taken at least three Aerial classes and have an understanding of ribs hang, back straddle, hip hang and the plumb line.
In this class, you can expect a mixture of traditional hatha yoga postures, and aerial yoga postures. The class will usually start with a warm up, focusing on mobility of the spine and building heat in the body, followed by a few inversions to decompress the spine, several hamstring and hip stretches and a closing restorative pose to unwind and refresh before leaving the studio.
